Chiang Mai Tiger Kingdom today…not gonna lie, a couple of us may have been a bit nervous about this!!!!
We opted to see the "smallest", "small" and "large" tigers….but the smallest and small weren't that small! The Trainers weren't pushy and ensured we got all the pictures we needed before moving along to the next feline. They were all responsive and active (some were napping but that made for nice pictures). We also spoke to one of the vets of site and he took the time to talk to us about the new born cubs they currently have. Some are 9 days old (1 rescued baby tiger is in an incubator as he is sick…..mother tigers will eat their cubs if they are sick…unfortunately his 2 brothers weren't as lucky). Others were 6 weeks to 2 months old and all full of energy (so cute). All 28 tigers at the Tiger Kingdom were born and raised there.......Overall a good experience with the kitty's!
