Food, Food, Food!

Spent a wonderful day at the Thai Farm Cooking School with ‘Rambo’ (Marc’s new name given to him by one of the Thai instructors).  Now that I know Rambo can cook, I look forward to a yummy home cooked Thai meal back in Canada.  Our cooking instructor ‘Pern’ was awesome….very funny and entertaining…also very sweet and has passion for food and life…..she said many times “life is too short, be happy.”
At a local market where Pern is showing us some of the ingredients we need for Thai food….and of course rice is very important!!!
