LAO FONDUE...num num num

Dyen Sabai Restaurant, recommended to us by the owner of the guest house we stayed at.  It was a 5 minute walk at most and well worth it.  Beautiful setting and great food.  a little hard on the knees and ass but once you get cooking your food, you forget about the discomforts :D

It was sooo good we went back 2 more times.  Our 3rd time we just had the Lao appy platter and a couple of beer!
Mekong Seaweed, Lao Sausage, Sweet chilli dip (with buffalo skin), Dried pork, purple Sticky rice & Eggplant dip
