Oh KOH KHAM!!!

Koh Kham is a small island near Koh Mak.  It can be reached by kayak, or by walking during low tide or in our case by a small boat (it was cheaper than renting a kayak).  It has a nice place to snorkel around the black lava rocks with a ton of black sea urchins.  A few years ago this private island of Koh Kham was sold to some rich asshole.  He started to develop million dollar villas to be rented out by the rich.   For some reason construction has stopped and word has it he is now trying to sell the island.  So basically he has ruined the island!  Such a shame!

There were a ton of Sea Urchins in the water here. These sea urchins have spines about 30-50 cms long.  Locals say the spines contain needles and poison and if one touches the spines and gets the needles, the needle should be crushed with a rock! AND guess who touched the spines.....???

Yes, MARC did! The local did not hit my hand with a rock but with a bottle and then squirted it with vinegar! Not life threatening....just hurt like a MOFO!
